摘要 核岛主设备锻件调配转移涉及复杂的技术及质量保证问题,满足国家核安全法律、法规,相关技术规范是核岛主设备锻件在不同核电项目、机组间调配转移使用的基本要求。本文以AP1000核岛主设备锻件为例,从技术和质量保证两个方面论述了总承包方(工程公司)对AP1000核岛主设备锻件在不同核电项目之间调配转移过程中的质量控制实践,为核岛主设备锻件在不同项目、机组间调配转移提供了切实可行的质量控制措施。 The allocation and transferring of nuclear island primary equipment forgings involve complicated technical and quality assurance issues. It needs to meet national nuclear safety laws and regulations, related technical specifications on nuclear primary equipment forgings at different nuclear projects, and basic requirements that enable allocation and transferring at different units. This article takes APIO00 nuclear island primary equipment forgings as example and provides detailed quality control on allocation and transferring of nuclear forgings conformed by general contractor (engineering company) from two aspects: technical conditions and QA requirements. This article provides feasible and practical advises on quality controls of transferring and allocation for nuclear island primary equipment forgings among different projects and units.
