随着社会的高度信息化和教育对象的多元化,高职院校学生工作日趋繁重,搭建相关工作的办事平台、服务平台、信息互动平台十分必要。学生工作者利用学工系统信息化平台高效开展工作,从而使各项工作数字化,促进校、系学生管理人员的协同办公,实现了学生信息的有效整合与数据共享,有效提高了工作效率。

With the high informatization of the society and the diversification of education object in thenew period, student work in higher vocational colleges becomes increasingly difficult, for example, the ineffi-cient working and management level. Therefore, it is necessary to build a working platform, a service platform,and an information interactive platform, which enables the student workers to work more efficiently by using thestudent work system information platform. It can realize student work digitalized, promote school and depart-ment administrators cooperate harmoniously, achieve effective integration and data sharing of student informa-tion, and improve the working efficiency eventually.
