摘要
在不稳定载荷下工作时,齿轮传动的失效有可能集中在某几个轮齿上。为了提高齿轮组寿命,应使齿轮组齿数互质。本文对矿用双速调度回柱绞车减速箱中的齿轮7和齿轮8进行了齿数互质的齿轮组设计,并对设计结果进行了校核,该设计方法为相关齿轮组的设计提供了有益的借鉴。
The failure of gear transmission is likely to focus on certain teeth under unstable load. In orderto improve the life of the gear set, we should make gears co-prime. In this paper, the co-prime between thegear 7 and 8 of mining two-speed scheduling prop-pulling hoist reducer is designed, and the result of the de-sign is checked. The design method provides a beneficial reference for the design of the relevant gears.
