Research on Ideological and Political Education Work Strategy Based on the Enhancement of Effectiveness

武汉大学遥感信息工程学院在多年的工作中确立了"为中国乃至世界培育测绘遥感事业的精英"的育人目标,推崇"立德树人、严管促律、务实暖心、寓教于乐"的育人工作理念,理清了"精神感召、文化熏育、制度引导、典型示范"的育人工作思路,并重视育人工作队伍的培养与建设,最终形成了院系思想政治教育工作的独特品牌,大大提高了思想政治教育工作的实效性,为高校院系思想政治教育工作起到了良好的示范作用。

During many years of work Remote Sensing Information Engineering College of Wuhan Univer-sity has established the cultivating goal of＂training the elites of mapping and remote sensing career for the Chi-na and even the world＂,admires the work idea of＂fostering morality and cultivating students, managing strict-ly, being pragmatic and teaching in joy＂and constructs the working thoughts of＂educational spirit,culture edi-fication,system guiding,the typical model＂. It values the construction of educational work of the team anddemonstrates a unique style of ideological and political education work, which improves greatly the effective-ness of ideological and political education work and acts as a good model for ideological and political educationwork in universities and colleges.
