孕中期唐氏筛查与产前诊断的临床应用价值 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨孕中期唐氏筛查与产前诊断对预防出生缺陷的临床应用价值。方法:采用化学发光法检测,对2008年~2013年来该院就诊的8 416例孕妇进行唐氏筛查,计算风险率。筛查高风险的孕妇进行遗传咨询,在知情同意的情况下进行羊膜腔穿刺及羊水细胞培养核型分析。结果:检出唐氏综合征高风险孕妇601例,阳性率为7.14%,18三体高风险的58例,阳性率为0.88%,神经管缺陷高风险的154例,阳性率为2.33%。结论:唐氏筛查是预测异常胎儿和不良妊娠的有效手段之一,是产前诊断的重要环节,是羊膜腔穿刺的重要依据。羊水细胞染色体核型分析在产前诊断中有重要的临床价值。
