摘要
采用还原法合成了2种形貌的Cu2O纳米晶样品,尺寸均约700 nm。通过X射线衍射谱(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量色散光谱(EDX)和表面光电压谱(SPS)手段进行表征。以聚乙烯乙二醇为模板的样品在空气中氧化,而另外一种以葡萄糖为模板的样品在空气中却很稳定。测试结果表明Cu2O纳米晶的形貌明显影响其稳定性。通过表面光电压信号对比分析了这2种样品氧化的原因。
We have synthesized two types of Cu2 O samples with size about 700 nm by a facile reduction route. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray(EDX) and surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPS). It is noteworthy that one sample prepared using polyethylene glycol(PEG) as template is oxidized in air, but the other one prepared using glucose as template is stable in air. The testing results demonstrate that the difference of nanosized Cu2 O morphology greatly affects its stability. In addition, we analyzed the effect of surface oxidation on the SPV signal of the two samples.
