摘要
从3缸发动机的振动规律出发,分析其合理的模态分布范围;分析了微型汽车悬置系统的布置型式及其常用悬置结构的特点。针对某微型汽车匹配3缸发动机怠速振动过大问题,对其悬置系统进行模态分析及受力分析。通过调整悬置刚度及悬置结构等措施对悬置系统进行优化,并对优化前后的动力总成模态分布及转向盘振动进行试验。试验结果表明,优化后的悬置系统解决了3缸发动机怠速振动及转向盘抖动问题。
The rational mode distribution range of vibration of 3-cylinder engine is analyzed in the paper. The mount layout type of mini vehicle and the characteristic of the common mount structure are analyzed. To eliminate the excessive idle vibration of 3-cylinder engine for a mini vehicle, modal analysis and stress analysis are made to its mount system. The mount system is optimized by adjusting the mount rigidity and suspension structure, and the optimized powertrain modal distribution and steering wheel vibration are tested. The results of the test show that the optimized mount system eliminates idle vibration and steering wheel jitter of the 3-cylinder engine.
