摘要
压力容器水压试验是为综合考核容器密封面的密封性能、焊缝的致密性及整体强度,验证容器能否保证安全使用的关键环节。阐述了能同时记录压力和温度曲线的圆图记录仪、变送器测试系统在ASME压力容器水压试验上的应用,对该测试系统及试验中出现的一些问题进行了深入分析,为类似的项目提供了参考。
Hydraulic pressure test is a critical step in the comprehensive validation of pressure vessels in terms of seal performance of the sealing surface, compactness of welling lines and overall strength and safety for handling. This paper illustrates the application of a circular chart recorder, which is able to keep track of both pressure and temperature curves, and a transmitter test system in a hydraulic pressure test of ASME pressure vessel. By analyzing difficulties both in the test system and the exoeriment, some constructive suggestions were obtained to offer reference for similar projects.
