摘要
随着经济水平的提高,我国青少年肥胖症的发病率正逐年上升。通过对12~13岁的肥胖初中生进行为期8周的运动干预,选取体重、BMI、体脂百分比、肌肉重量等指标进行前后对比,观察运动干预的减肥效果。研究制定的运动处方对于肥胖初中生的减肥具有良好的效果。趣味性有氧运动在达到科学减重的同时可以激发肥胖初中生的运动兴趣,有助于养成良好的运动习惯,提高青少年体质健康状况。
Along with the economic growth, China is now facing a new challenge of growing incidence of children and adolescent obesity. This paper introduces an 8-week exercise intervention on obese junior high school students ranging from 12 to 13 years old. In the study, indexes of weight, BMI, body fat percentage and muscle weight index were compared before and after the exercise intervention to observe effects of weight loss. It was proved that this exercise prescription has a good effect of weight loss for obese junior middle school students. Besides, except for achieving the effect of weight loss, interesting aerobic exercises can also stimulate obese junior middle school students' interests in sports and help them develop good exercise habits to improve physical health conditions of adolescents.
