妇科患者腹腔镜围手术期间的体温变化与护理分析

An Analysis of Gynecological Patients' Temperature Changes and Nursing During Perioperative Period of Laparoscope

目的:对妇科患者腹腔镜围手术期间的体温变化与护理进行研究分析。方法:从某院妇科患者中选取93例,分析围术期体温变化状况。结果:年龄大的患者出现低温现象发生率显著高于年龄小的患者,P<0.05;手术时间长的患者出现低温现象发生率显著高于手术时间短的患者,P<0.05。结论:年龄和手术时间为妇科患者腹腔镜围手术期体温出现变化的主要因素。

Objective：To analyze gynecological patients＆#39;temperature changes and nursing during periop-erative period of laparoscope.Methods：93 cases of patients received in the department of gynecology in our hospital were selected and their temperature changes during perioperative period were analyzed.Results：The occurance of hypothermia to older patients was higher than that to the younger P＆lt;0.05.The occurance of hypothermia would be higher to those who were operated for longer time than those who were operated for shorter P＆lt;0.05.Conclusions：Age and operative time are the key factors that result in the temperature chan-ges of gynecological patients during perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery.
