摘要
目的:设计和构建护理本科生妇产科护理学教学评价指标体系。方法:自行设计问卷表,选取妇产科护理学教育者、临床妇产科专家共20名进行Delphi法专家咨询法调查。结果:经过两轮函询后,妇产科护理学教学评价指标体系一级指标6项,二级指标22项。咨询问卷有效率均为100%,专家咨询权威系数为0.88,一、二级指标KendallW系数分别为0.805和0.713。结论:该研究构建妇产科护理学教学评价指标体系具有科学性和可行性,能为妇产科护理学理论教学和临床教学以及护生考核提供依据。
Objective:To design and construct a evaluation index system for teaching of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing for undergraduates.Methods:Design a questionnaire,carry out a survey among 20 nursing educators and clinical experts in department of gynaecology and obstetrics with Delphi.Results:After two rounds of consultation,it was found that there were 6 first index of evaluation index system for gynaecology and obstetrics nursing teaching and 22 second ones.The effective rate of the questionnaire was 100%,the ex-pert authority score was 0.88,the first and second Kendall'concordance cofficient was 0.805 and 0.713 re-spectively.Conclusion:The construction of evaluation index system for teaching of gynaecology and obstet-rics nursing in this study is scientific and feasible ,it would provide a base for theory teaching of nursing,clin-ical teaching and the examination for nursing students in gynaecology and obstetrics.
