Design of Trough Type Rail Cleaning Vehicle for Modern Tram

近年来,国内城市建设现代有轨电车工程越来越多,这些工程都铺设了槽型轨道,因而对轨道清洗的需求很大。为此研发了槽型轨道清洗车,试验表明,该车能有效清除槽型轨道内的渣土、砂石、油泥和冰雪等沉积物,保障车辆安全运行。

More and more tram projects have been put into construction in cities across the country for the past few years. As all these projects utilized trough type rails, demands for track cleaning have been growing rapidly. Trough type rail cleaning vehicle is therefore developed, and test indicates that the cleaning car can effectively remove muck, gravel, sludge, ice and snow from the trough profile rail, so as to ensure trams＇ safe and smooth operation.
