教育信息化时代大学英语教师作为反映性实践者的角色嬗变研究 被引量:23

An Empirical Study of a CE Teacher as Reflective Practioner Roles in ICT-based Education

摘要 现代教育信息技术的广泛应用引发了大学英语教育领域中的重大变革。在这新的教学情境中,教师不再是"讲坛上的先知",而是"学生身边的向导"。本文剖析了一位优秀大学英语教师近十年内探索大学英语教学信息化的专业实践案例,旨在探究面对新的教育信息化环境,"向导"式教师的角色内涵,提出教师要成为"学习设计师"和"反映的实践者",实现提高教师自身教育信息化素养和有效教学的双重目标,也为大学英语教师职业发展提供可借鉴的思路。 Based on an empirical study into an expert teacher's pedagogical practice of merging ICT with the traditional teaching,this paper examines the College English teacher's roles in the new era of educational technology as reflective practioner. It reconceptualizes the role of teacher as "Guide on the Side "into a learning designer and a reflective practitioner. It argues that teachers in the new information age are no longer transmitters of knowledge or technicians,but learning designers who design the learning environment, tasks and experience to encourage the independent learning,the internalization of knowledge and knowledge construction on the part of the learners. Teachers also need to be reflective practitioners to handle the constant change of the designing process so as to improve his / her efficacy of teaching on the technical,practical and emancipatory levels.
