摘要
目的通过对室间质评HBV核酸检测项目的结果分析,探讨影响核酸检测结果的相关因素。方法采用浩源和诺华2种核酸检测平台对2014年3月CITIC 15份室间质评标本混检和单检。针对初次检测结果不一致标本E进行再次试验。结果诺华TMA法和浩源PCR法2种方法检测结果与室间质评反馈标准符合率100%,其中标本E初次检测结果:诺华检测为非反应性,浩源检测为HBV反应性。再次检测后,2种方法检测均为HBV反应性,与反馈标准一致。结论影响核酸检测结果的因素很多,主要是标本自身浓度及不同试剂灵敏度的高低。
Objectives To analyze the HBV nucleic acid detection results through EQA analysis and to explore the related factors influencing the nucleic acid test results.Methods Fifteen CITIC samples were tested with Hao Yuan by mixed test and Novartis by single test on March 2014.Due to inconsistencies in sample E results in the first detection,the samples were re-tested by the two methods.Results The test results from two NAT methods were consistent with External Quality Assessment(EQA).In the first detection,sample E was nonreactive in Novartis test and HBV reactive in Hao Yuan test(mixed).Sample E was tested again by these two methods.Second detection showed that the results were HBV reactive and consistent with EQA standard results.Conclusion Of the many factors affecting NAT results,the most important factor is attributable to the concentration of the sample and the sensitivity of various reagents.
