摘要
以某大型焦化废水处理站为案例,详细介绍了其水质水量特点、所采用的工艺流程、各级处理单元的工艺设计,并对项目实施中的问题进行了总结。实际运行结果表明:所采用的改良A/O工艺用于处理大型焦化废水运行效果良好、稳定,二沉池出水中主要污染物指标达到《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13456—92)中的二级标准,经深度处理后出水中主要污染物指标达到GB 13456—92中的一级标准。
The characteristics of wastewater quality and quantity in a large coking wastewater treat- ment station, the selected process and the process design of each treatment unit were introduced. Mean- while, the problems in the implementation of the project were summarized. The running results showed that the improved A/O process used for the treatment of large coking wastewater was efficient and stable. The concentrations of pollutants in the effluents from the secondary sedimentation tank could meet the sec- ond class criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry ( GB 13456 -92) and satisfy the first class criteria after further advanced treatment.
