摘要
目的：观察普拉洛芬治疗糖尿病视网膜病变激光光凝术后干眼的疗效。方法：随机选取糖尿病视网膜病变Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的48例（80眼）行视网膜激光光凝术,术后分别给予普拉洛芬（A组40眼）及妥布霉素地塞米松眼液（B组40眼）点术眼,术后3、7、14、28 d分别从自觉症状、干眼泪膜破裂时间及角膜荧光素染色评分等方面进行综合评价。结果：A组患者于用药后3 d干眼症状开始好转,于用药后7 d干眼症状改善最为明显;B组患者干眼症状没有明显改善,部分干眼症状加重。结论：普拉洛芬不仅能很好的控制激光光凝带来的炎性反应,更能有效的缓解干眼症状。
OBJECTIVE：To observe the efficacy and safety of pranoprofen treatment on dry eye after laser photocoagulation in diabetic retinopathy. METHODS：48 patients with diabetic retinopathy Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage were selected randomly to receive the treatment of the eye retinal laser photocoagulation. The pranoprofen（group A）（n=40）and the tobramycin and dexamethasone（group B）（n=40）were given eye drops after surgery comprehensively scored in respects of self-conscious symptoms,tear film breakup time test and corneal fluorescein staining etc. after surgery of 3,7,14,28 d. RESULTS：The dry eye symptoms of group A patients began to improve after 3 d treatment and had the most obvious improvements after 7 d treatment. There was no obvious improvement of dry eye symptoms in group B patients and parts of dry eye symptoms aggravated. CONCLUSIONS：Pranoprofen not noly can aggravate the dry eye symptoms of diabetic retinopathy but also can obviously improve it.
