孕产期保健对降低产科并发症发生率的效果

The effect of perinatal care in reducing the incidence of obstetric complications

目的探讨孕产期保健对降低产科并发症发生率的效果。方法选取2012年1月至2013年1月河南科技大学第一附属医院产科分娩的134例孕妇的临床资料,将接受系统完善的优生优育三级保健措施的67例孕妇纳入孕产期保健组,接受一般常规性保健的67例孕妇纳入对照组,观察两组孕妇产科并发症的发生率。结果孕产期保健组产科并发症的发生率为:贫血7.46%(5/67)、胎膜早破2.99%(2/67)、重度子痫前期0、轻度子痫前期4.48%(3/67)、糖尿病0,均低于对照组[分别为16.42%(11/67)、13.43%(9/67)、8.96%(6/67)、22.39%(15/67)、11.94%(8/67)](P<0.05)。结论系统完善的孕产期保健对降低产科并发症发生率效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of perinatal care in reducing the incidence of obstetric complications. Methods Clinical data of 134 pregnant women in The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from Jan 2012 to Jan2013 were selected,all cases were divided into control group and perinatal care group with 67 cases in each group. The women in perinatal care group were received integrated systemic three stage perinatal care of eugenic and superior nurture,women in control group were received conventional care,incidence of obstetric complications in two groups were observed. Results The incidence of complications in perinatal care group were： anemia 7. 46 %（ 5 /67）,premature rupture of membranes 2. 99 %（ 2 /67）,severe preeclampsia 0,mild preeclampsia 4. 48 %（ 3 /67）,diabetes 0,which were lower than control group[16. 42 %（ 11 /67） 、13. 43 %（ 9 /67） 、8. 96 %（ 6 /67） 、22. 39 %（ 15 /67） 、11. 94 %（ 8 /67） respectively]（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The perinatal care health care has a good effect in reducing the incidence of obstetric complications.
