替勃龙治疗绝经综合征的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of Tibolone in the treatment of menopausal syndrome

目的：观察替勃龙治疗绝经综合征的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年1月1日~2014年8月1日于本院门诊及住院部治疗的绝经综合征患者334例,使用替勃龙为主要药物治疗,比较治疗前后患者的Kupperman评分、血清FSH及E_2水平。结果：334例患者在治疗后Kupperman评分较治疗前减少（P〈0.01）,FSH较治疗前减少（P〈0.05）,E_2较治疗前明显升高（P〈0.01）,差异均具有统计学意义。结论：替勃龙能够有效缓解绝经综合征患者的临床症状,有效改善患者的FSH及E2水平,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tibolone in the treatment of patients with menopausal syndrome. Methods To collect334 cases of patients with menopausal syndrome from January 1,2011 to August 1,2014 in our hosptial who treated by Tibolone and then,compared the Kupperman score,FSH and E2 levels before treatment and after treatment. Result After treatment,the Kupperman score was significantly reduced（P 0.01）,FSH was significantly decreased（P 0.05）,E2 was significantly improved（P 0.01）,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Tibolone can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,effectively improve the level of FSH and E2 of patients with menopausal syndrome.Therefore,Tibolone is worthy of promotion in clinical use.
