品管圈活动在减少我院中药饮片发药差错中的应用

The Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Reducing the Dispensing Errors of Pieces of Chinese Medicine in Our Hospital

目的:探讨品管圈活动在减少我院中药饮片发药差错中的应用。方法:成立品管圈,以减少中药饮片发药差错为主题,对比品管圈活动开展前后我院中药饮片发药差错件数,分析原因并制定对策,最后评价成果。结果:品管圈活动的实施,不仅有效减少了我院中药饮片发药差错,而且圈成员的愉悦感、品管手法、沟通配合、解决问题能力等方面均有所提高。结论:品管圈活动在我院取得了显著成效,不仅保障了临床用药的安全,而且提高了圈成员的各项能力,值得大范围推广。

Objective：To study the application of quality control circle activity in reducing the dispensing errors of Pieces of Chinese medicine in our hospital.Methods：Set up quality control circle activity,and choose reducing the dispensing errors of pieces of Chinese medicine as the theme. At the same time,comparing the number of the dispensing errors of Pieces of Chinese medicinen of our hospital with before and after the quality control circle activities,and analysize the reasons of the rusult and make the plan,at last,evaluate the final results.Results：The implementation of quality control circle activity,is not only reducing the number of the dispensing errors of Pieces of Chinese medicinen of our hospital effectively,and enhance the members＇ pleasure and quality management techniques,communication and problem solving ability and so on.Conclusion：the quality control circle activities has achieved a remarkable success in the hospital,which not only guaranteed the safety of clinical medication,but improved the ability of circle members,deserving Promoting the activity on a large scale.
