摘要
为解决三亚市水资源时空分布不均、部分地区缺水现象严重的问题,建立了系统总缺水量最小、供水效益最大的多目标水资源优化配置模型;并应用新型智能文化粒子群优化算法,对2010年为现状水平年,2020、2030年为规划水平年的多年平均情况下的水资源配置方案进行了模型求解。结果表明,规划水平年缺水率不断下降,基本实现了总缺水量最小的目标,可见优化配置有效缓解了三亚市用水紧张的问题,具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to solve the problem of water resources in heterogeneous spatio-temporal distribution and serious water shortage phenomenon in some regions of Sanya City,multi-objective optimal allocation model of water resources was established for realization of minimum amount of system water shortage and maximum water supply efficiency.A new intelligent cultural particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model of configuration scheme of water resources under multi-year average case application for the situation level year in 2010,2020 and 2030as the planning level years.The results show that water shortage rates continue to decline in the planning years,and basically realized the goal of minimal water shortage in total.Therefore,it can be seen that it has a certain significance in effectively alleviate the water shortage problem in the central region of Sanya City.
