摘要
针对水电机组在发电过程中可能存在的机组振动、大轴摆动、尾水管压力脉动等稳定性问题,以某水电厂机组为例,对其进行变转速、变励磁、变负荷试验,获得机组在不同水头下不同部位的振动、摆度、压力脉动等信息,并通过对比分析试验过程中采集的数据,制定出机组稳定运行区域,为电厂的高效、安全运行奠定了基础。
Aiming at the stability problems of hydropower unit in the power generation process,such as unit vibration,swing of turbine major axis and pressure pulsation in draft tube,taking a certain power plant unit for an example,the variable speed,variable excitation and variable load test was carried out.And then it gets the information of unit vibration,swing and pressure pulsation under different head conditions.Finally,the stability operation zone of unit is determined by analyzing the test data,which lays the foundation for efficient and safe operation of the power plant.
