Operational Efficiency Evaluation for Generation Enterprises Based on Improved DEA Model under Circumstance of Low Carbon

摘要 为评价低碳背景下发电上市企业运营效率,将低碳化指标引入发电企业运营效率评价指标体系中,构建了兼容发电生产、经营管理、低碳发展三方面的新型指标体系;针对传统数据包络分析(DEA)模型易受数据极值影响、未区分指标正负向等缺点,构建了改进的DEA模型,并提出用鞍点算法求解。实例应用表明,所提方法精度较高、可操作性强,具有一定推广价值。 In order to evaluate the operational efficiency of listed companies of generation enterprises,this paper builds a new index system which contains indexes about generation,business operation,and low carbon development by introducing low-carbon indexes into operation efficiency evaluation index system.Besides,an improved DEA model and saddle point algorithm is used to evaluate the operational efficiency of generation enterprises.In this improved model,the disadvantages of the original model has been solved,including the result is easily affected by the extremum and the confusion of negative indexes and positive indexes.At the same time,empirical analysis is conducted to reflect the precision,practicability and promotional value of the improved model.
