摘要
风力发电作为最清洁的能源之一,对推动我国电力工业的低碳化进程具有重要作用,因此从碳交易机制的角度出发,构建了碳交易机制下风电消纳优化模型,并围绕碳排放权初始分配方式和碳排放权定价水平展开了分析。算例结果表明,引入碳排放交易机制,火电的排放水平降低,且随碳排放权定价水平上升,风电消纳水平将提高。
As one of the cleanest energy,wind power has played an important role in promoting the process of China's low-carbon power industry.From the perspective of the mechanism of carbon trading,wind power consumption optimization model was established under the mechanism of carbon trading.What's more,carbon emissions initial allocation and carbon emissions pricing levels were discussed.Numerical results show that the emission level of thermal power reduced with the introduction of mechanism of carbon emissions trading,and wind power consumptive level increased with rising in carbon emissions pricing levels.
