降解蓖麻饼粕毒素的SJM酵母培养基优化

摘要 本试验研究了产朊假丝酵母SJM对添加麸皮等辅料和金属盐的蓖麻饼粕培养基中蓖麻碱和变应原生物的脱毒效果。通过单因素试验及正交试验,优化所得最佳培养基组成为蓖麻饼粕85%、麸皮15%、Mg SO4·7H2O 0.4%、Ca Cl20.2%、KH2PO40.4%。在优化的培养基基础上对发酵条件进行研究,确定的SJM酵母固态发酵脱毒的最佳培养条件为:培养基含水量65%,接种量15%,30℃培养5 d。此时,蓖麻碱平均降解率为86.95%,变应原平均降解率为90.83%。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the detoxification effect of Candida utilis named SJM on castor bean meal with ricinine and allergen in a culture medium containing bran,other accessories and metal salt.Through the single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimum composition of culture medium of SJM were as follows: castor bean meal 85% ,wheat bran 15% ,MgSO4·7H2O 0.4% ,CaCl2 0.2% ,KH2PO4 0.4% .The optimal fermentation conditions for rieinine and allergen detoxifieation were incubation period of 5 days, incubation temperature at 30℃ , inoculum level 15% ,moisture content of solid substrate 65%.Under such conditions,the degradation rate of ricinine and allergen could be up to 86.95% and 90.83% ,respectively.
