摘要
现代大学制度是《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出的重要改革命题,经过近年的理论研究与实践,中国特色现代大学制度逐步建立,改革试点取得重要进展。着眼于我国高等教育改革和解决体制机制障碍,要"加快制定有特色的大学章程,深入推进管办评分离,探索实施清单管理,加强标准建设,全面推进依法治校"等,真正实现大学"良法善治"。
Modern college system is an important reform target put forward in China＇s National Medium and Long- term Educational Reform and Development Plan（ 2010- 2020）,After these years＇ theory research and practice,modern college system with Chinese characteristics has been established gradually,and vital progress has already been made in related reform trials. In order to promote the higher education reform of China and overcome the reform system and mechanism obstacles,it is necessary to speed the formulation of characteristic modern college system,promote the separation of establishment,management and evaluation,explore the feasibility of list management,strengthen criterion construction,and fully advance college management by law,thus realizing the value and role of collage system in college management.
