The Status and Improvement of Postgraduates' Academic Plans

学术研究动机的淡化、学习自主权利的缺失、学业规划目标的模糊是研究生学习中现存的三个方面问题。问题的出现与研究生教育的快速发展以及功利主义思想的影响有着密切的联系。解决问题的策略宜在国家要把学术研究动机作为研究生选拔的重要尺度,强化学术文化建设;培养单位要尊重研究生的主体地位,提供多元选择的物质资源;研究生自身要提高规划、管理好学业目标的意识和能力。

The weakening of the academic motivation,the lack of learning initiatives and the vagueness of academic planning objectives are the three key problems,which exist in postgraduates＇ study. All these problems are very closely related to the rapid development of postgraduate education as well as the influence of utilitarianism. The strategies to solve these problems are as follows： China should take the academic research motivation as an important criterion to select postgraduate candidates to strengthen the academic cultural construction; education institutions should respect postgraduates as subjects and offer diverse choices of material resources; postgraduates themselves should have the awareness and ability to improve the plan and management of their academic goals.
