摘要
教育实践的"反思性实践"本质要求师范生的教育实践能力培养必须基于反思性实践而展开。反思性实践重视经验和情境的基础作用,强调实践性知识的动态生成,注重实践与反思的互动融合,倡导实践者自身的能动建构。应通过创设实践情境、丰富师范生的实践体验,改革教学模式、提升师范生的实践智慧,拓展反思渠道、培养师范生的反思能力,增强教育信念、激发师范生的主体意识等策略来培养师范生的教育实践能力。
The nature of "eflective practice"of education practice requires education practice ability training of normal college students should be based on reflective practice. It pays attention to the fundamental role of experiences and contexts,emphasizes practice knowledge is generated dynamically,focuses on the interaction and integration of practice and reflection,and advocates the dynamic construction of practitioners itself. There are many strategies to train normal college students' education practice ability,such as creating practice situation to enrich their practical experiences,reforming teaching models to enhance their practice wisdom,expanding reflection channels to develop their reflective abilities,and enhancing educational beliefs to inspire their consciousness.
