摘要
分析应用技术大学的任务,归纳应用技术大学教师的能力要求,指出教师要能帮助学生掌握职业能力、打牢理论基础、提升创业创新能力,还应能直接服务地方经济。分析了新建本科教师的转型困难,提出应用技术大学应对教师岗位进行分类管理,可将教师岗位设为理论教学岗、实践教学岗和实践引导岗等三类岗位,进一步剖析了三类岗位的职责及考核要求,提出不同类型教师的建设培养策略。
This paper analyzes the tasks of applied technology colleges. It generalizes the ability requirements for applied technology college teachers,and it points out that teachers can help students master occupation ability,build a firm theoretical basis and improve innovative ability,even help the students serve the local economy directly. Then this paper analyzes the difficult transition of undergraduate teachers,and it puts forward that classification of teachers' jobs should be carried on the applied technology colleges. The teachers' jobs can be set to the theory teaching,practice teaching and practice guide. Furthermore,this paper analyzes the responsibilities,assessment and requirements of the three kinds of job,and it proposes the training strategies for different types of teachers.
