内容型教学在美国犹太文学课程中的应用

Application of CBI in the Jewish American Literature Course

内容型教学是20世纪末在高等学校语言文学专业教学中出现的一种新的教学理念,其特点是主张语言教学与主题内容或者学科内容相融合,把语言和专业课中的任务或者话题结合起来学习。根据内容型教学理念,美国犹太文学课程教学可以有选择并且有侧重地引入文化内涵,更好地引导学生认真研读文本,深入理解人物的性格特征、作品的主题思想以及叙事技巧。在这种教学理念的指导下,美国犹太文学课程教学以作品中的文化内涵作为有效的教学内容,将文学作品学习视为提高语言能力、学习学科内容以及增强认知能力的综合,从而把语言技能的训练与学科知识的学习结合起来,提高学生的人文素养。

CBI is a new philosophy that appeared in language and literature teaching in universities at the end of the 20 th century.It emphasizes the fusion of language teaching and subject content,namely,the combination of language skills and the learning task or topic. According to this philosophy,cultural connotation can be introduced in the Jewish American literature course. Thus students can have a better understanding of the characters,the themes,and the narrative techniques in the text. Under the guidance of the philosophy,language skills,learning contents and the development of cognitive ability will be the learning tasks in the course; therefore,the training of language and the learning of knowledge can be combined to improve the students＇ humanistic literacy.
