摘要
通过Pro/E软件对MBS4360棒磨机筒体吊装工具进行三维建模。利用有限元软件Ansys Workbench对吊装工具进行仿真计算,得出筒体吊装工具的变形与强度分布情况,并根据计算结果提出了筒体吊装工具改进的建议。
The paper makes modeling three-dimensional to the cylinder lifting tools of rod mill MBS4360 by Pro / E software,takes calculating and simulating by the finite element software ANSYS Workbench,gets deformation and strength distribution cloud picture,and gives some improvement advice about cylinder lifting tool.
