小型化凿岩钻车在锡矿山平巷掘进中的应用

在中小矿山平巷掘进施工中,由于巷道断面尺寸较小,凿岩钻车无法在巷道中施工。一般采用气腿式风动钻机施工工艺,存在环境恶劣、高能耗、经济性和安全性差等问题。而以适应小断面巷道作业的小型化凿岩钻车为主的机械化配套施工工艺,具有环境污染少、安全系数高、消耗能量少、生产率高等特点,是值得在中小型矿山广泛推广的施工设备和工艺。

During the heading in small and medium-sized mines,due to the small size of tunnel crosssection,the crock drilling rig can not work in the tunnel. The air-leg pneumatic drilling rig is used generally,but there are the problems of severe environment,high energy consumption,and bad economic and safety etc. However the mechanized construction technology,mainly with the miniaturized rock drilling rig to fit the small size of tunnel cross-section has less environmental pollution,high safety,low energy consumption,high productivity etc. and is construction equipment and technology which is worthy of wide popularization in small mines.
