摘要
目的研究牡荆子的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱法、ODS制备高效液相色谱法及重结晶等方法分离纯化;通过核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从牡荆子乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到12个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为:6-羟基-4β-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-3α-羟甲基-7-甲氧基-3,4-二氢-2-萘醛(6-hydroxy-4β-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3α-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-3,4-dihydro-2-naphthaldehyde,1);芹菜素(apigenin,2);紫花牡荆素(casticin,3);对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,4);5-羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone,5);3-吲哚甲酸(indole-3-carboxylic acid,6);香豆酸(coumalic acid,7);2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid,8);熊果酸(ursolic acid,9);异落叶松脂素(isolariciresinol,10);7,4′-二羟基黄酮(7,4′-dihydroxyflavone,11);刺芒柄花素(formononetin,12)。结论化合物2,6,8,11和12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Vitex negundo L.var.cannabifoliafruits.Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel chromatography,ODS preparative liquid chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Results Twelve compounds were obtained from the ethyl acetate extracts,their structures were elucidated as:6-hydroxy-4β-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3α-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-3,4-dihydro-2-naphthaldehyde(1),apigenin(2),casticin(3),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(4),5-hydroxy-6,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxyflavone(5),indole-3-carboxylic acid(6),coumalic acid(7),2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(8),ursolic acid(9),isolariciresinol(10),7,4′-dihydroxyflavone(11),and formononetin(12).Conclusion Compounds 2,6,8,11,12 were obtained from this species for the first time.
