益气活血片的质量标准研究

Study on quality standard of Yiqihuoxue Tablets

目的建立益气活血片的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对制剂中的黄芪、当归、赤芍、川芎进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光检测器法对黄芪甲苷进行了含量测定。结果黄芪、当归、赤芍、川芎进行薄层鉴别具有较好的专属性;有效成分黄芪甲苷在0.538~26.9μg（r=0.999 9）范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.8%（n=6）。结论所建立的标准可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard for Yiqihuoxue Tablets.Methods Astragali Radix,Angelicae sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Chuanxiong Rhizomain the prescription were identified by TLC.HPLC-ELSD was adopted for the quantative analysis of astragaloside A which is an effective component of the formula.Results The TLC of Astragalus Radix,Angelicae sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Rubra and Chuanxiong Rhizoma showed good specificity.Astragaloside A showed good linearity over the range of 0.538-26.9μg（r=0.999 9）and the average recovery was 98.9%,RSD=1.8%（n=6）.Conclusion The method can be used for the preparation quality control.
