摘要
尝试依据生计资源的拥有量将农村的可持续发展态势划分为三个等级,即"趋贫状态"、"维持状态"、"趋富状态"。借助1992年至2011年的数据为基础,研判我国农村发展处于中等可持续的阶段,生计资源属于"维持状态"。农村可持续发展态势测度与评价,是对农村发展的可持续性度量体系的丰富与完善,也是探索生计可持续发展能力的有益尝试。
On the view of system theory,it is helpful to evaluate its development level. According to the ownership of livelihood resources,it is divided into three levels which are ＂approaching poverty＂, ＂maintaining stabilization＂and ＂approaching wealthiness＂. Based on the database of the National Bureau of Statistics of China and Chinese statistical yearbook from 1992 to 2011,it evaluates that the livelihood resources score is 2. 04082 and the rural development in China belongs to ＂maintaining stabilization＂ level. The measurement and evaluation is to enrich and perfect the metrics system of livelihood ability. And in macro perspective,using the relevant statistics to explore the sustainable development is a beneficial attempt.
