基于SEM的区域创新方法推广绩效评价研究

Performance Evaluation on Regional Innovation Methods Based on Structural Equation Modeling

从政府、高校及科研院所、科技服务中介机构、企业四个主体作用发挥的角度,以结构方程模型为分析工具,构建区域创新方法推广绩效评价模型。该模型为区域科学评价创新方法绩效提供了一个量化研究方法,对区域更好地推广和应用创新方法具有一定指导意义,以山东省为例进行实证应用分析。

Considering the function of the objects（ government,universities,research institutes,science and technology service agencies,enterprise,etc.）,this paper builds a model about the performance evaluation of regional innovation methods based on structural equation modeling. The model provides a scientific evaluation method to regional performances and can indicate the direction for further regional work. The paper takes the performance of Shandong province as an example for empirical research.
