摘要
目的探讨矿山应急救援队员的职业应激与血糖的关系,为预防职业危害提供科学的理论依据。方法采用2011年开滦医疗(集团)有限责任公司的234名救援队员的血糖值,选择同年在该公司进行健康检查的非矿山救护人员157人为对照组。采集救援队员和对照人群的空腹静脉血,离心取血清后进行血糖测定。血糖的测定采用全自动生化分析仪,以空腹血糖>6.1mmol/L为异常诊断标准。结果救护队员血糖水平为(5.31±0.97)mmol/L,血糖异常率为11.11%;对照组血糖水平为(4.98±0.55)mmol/L,血糖异常率为3.55%;救护队员血糖和血糖异常率与对照组比较均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。参加训练的救援队员血糖水平为(5.24±0.73)mmol/L,血糖异常率为2.58%;未参加训练的救援队员血糖水平为(6.80±1.01)mmol/L,血糖异常率为44.83%;参加训练的救援队员血糖水平和高血糖发生率均低于未参加者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。年龄对救护队员血糖水平及异常率无明显影响。结论救援工作增加了救护队员患糖尿病的危险,但训练可能是救护队员血糖的保护因素。
Objective Research on the relationship between occupational stress and the blood sugar(BS)level of rescuers in a national base of Kailuan mine emergency in order to provide the theory basis of preventing the occupational hazard.Methods The data on health examination of 234 rescuers and 157non-mine rescuers(as a control group)in Kailuan Medical Company in 2011 was used for this study.The fasting venous blood of the rescuers and the control group was collected,the serum after centrifugation was took and then the BS levels were tested through automatic biochemical analyzer.The diagnostic criteria for abnormal BS was that the fasting venous blood concentration was greater than 6.1mmol/L.Results The BS levels of the rescuers was(5.31±0.97)mmol/L,abnormality rate was 11.11%,that of the control group was(4.98±0.55)mmol/L,abnormality rate was 3.55%.Both the BS levels and the abnormality rate of the rescuers were higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Among the rescuers,the BS level of participants in the training was(5.24±0.73)mmol/L,abnormality rate was 2.58%.the BS level of nontraining rescuers was(6.80±1.01)mmol/L,abnormality rate was 44.83%,showing that the BS level and the incidence rate of hyperglycemia of the rescuers who participated in the training was lower than that of nonparticipation of the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).No obvious influence of the age of the rescuers on the BS levels and the abnormal rate was found.Conclusions The rescue work increased the risk of getting diabetes mellitus,but the training may be an protective factor of the rescuers' BS level.
