本文针对422成型机的进口主轴直流拖动系统出现的问题:进口碳刷压簧严重变形造成碳刷与换向器接触不良、负载大时频繁出现电火花造成换向器灼伤或磨损严重,直流调速器内频繁报警、电动机功率不足、电动机轴承位置磨损严重,进口备件维修费用高、难购置且维护不方便等,造成大型工程轮胎成型机生产过程因此类设备故障而时常抢修。阐述了对主轴直流电动机及其直流调速系统进行国产化改造的原因、技术改进的主要内容和实施效果等,有助于提高422成型机的产质量。

There are some problems of the 422 make-up machine imported principle axis dc drive system： severe deformation of the imported carbon brush pressure spring leading to poor contact of carbon brush and commutator, frequent electric spark under large load leading to burns or serious wear of commutator, frequent alarm in dc speed regulator, motor underpower, serious motor bearing wear, high maintenance cost of imported spare parts, difficulty in purchase and inconvenience in maintenance, causing frequent failure in the production process of large engineering tire molding machine. This article elaborates the reason of the localization reform of the principle axis continuous current motor and speed regulating system, the main content of the technical improvement and implementation effect, etc. It is helpful to improve the quality of 422 make-up machine production.
