摘要
本试验以砂浆性能为研究对象,采用Box-Behnken的中心组合实验设计及响应面分析方法对腻子粘结强度进行预测研究。试验选用三因素三水平的响应曲面分析法,建立了粘结强度的二次多项数学模型,并以粘结强度为响应值作响应面和等高线,考察了水粉比、灰粉比和胶粉比对粘结强度的影响,并根据实际选择响应曲面方程,利用最小二乘法估计相应的系数,剔除最不显著因素,建立最终的数学方程。结果表明:该预测模型能很好地描述粘结强度与水粉比、灰粉比和胶粉比之间的关系,可以对腻子粘结强度进行分析和预测,为砂浆性能研究提供一种新方法。
The research was conducted on the flexible putty for external wall. The predicted process of bonding strength of flexible putty was studied through Box-Benhnken design and response surface methodology (RSM).The method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 3 levels was adopted to establish a second order quadratic equation for the bonding strength. Based on the analysis of the response surface and contour lines graphed on the response values of the bonding strength,the author examined the influence of the ratio of water to powder,the ratio of ash to power, and the ratio of rubber to power on the bonding strength, and based on the magnitude of the significance inspection value, the less significant variable of the coefficient can be eliminated by the lease square estimation, the final curved surfacequation is established. The results show that in this prediction model the bonding strength is well correlated with factors, including the ratio of water to powder, the ratio of ash to power, and the ratio of rubber to powder. It can be used to predict and analyze the bonding strength of flexible putty. A new method is supplied in the properties research of mortar.
