摘要
井下涡流排液采气工艺可以有效提高气井携液能力,已在国内外多个气田进行了成功应用,该工艺能够适应雅克拉、大涝坝、轮台深层凝析气田的排采要求。因此,对涡流工具的排液原理进行分析,对涡流场中液滴的受力情况和涡流场的能量利用情况进行分析,并选取积液气井开展试验研究。通过理论分析可知,涡流场改善了液滴的受力情况,可以更加有效利用能量。现场试验表明,涡流工具可以有效排除井筒积液,并有效减缓井口压力与产量递减,具有良好的推广应用前景。
Downhole vortex flow technology could effectively enhance unloading ability in gas well, vortex flow tools have been used in lots of gas fields in America, Canadaand China. This technology adapts to the condition of Yakela condensate gas field. Firstly, unloading principle of vortex flow tools is analyzed, and then force analysis and energy use in vortex flow field is researched. Besides, field test is developed in gas wells. Theory analysis shows that vortex flow field improved force condition of fluid drop and more energy-efficient. Field test shows that vortex flow tools could effectively solve loading problem and relieve decreasing extent of wellhead pressure and flow rate. Vortex flow technology has a prospect for development.
