基于AHP的居住区水景综合评价研究——以昆明市主城区为例

Comprehensive Evaluation and Research on the Residential Area Waterscape Based on AHP:Taking the Central Downtown of Kunming for Example

采用层次分析法(AHP),从景观、生态、经济、社会四方面,构建居住区水景综合评价体系,并选取有代表性的四个居住区进行综合评价。根据评价结果,提出水景景观效果与运营养护之间矛盾的解决方案,并预测居住区水景今后发展的趋势,为居住区水景的设计提供一定的参考。

Using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP）method, the residential area waterscape comprehensive evaluation system is built from four aspects： landscape, ecology, economy and society, and this paper selects four representative residential areas for comprehensive evaluation. According to the evaluation results, the solution of the contradiction between the water landscape effect and operation maintenance is proposed, and the trend of the development of the residential area waterscape in the future is predicted, which provides certain reference for the design of the residential area waterscape.
