摘要
采用气相法合成了Cu掺杂的ZnO纳米线,所得样品通过X/Pert Pro MPD衍射仪(Cu靶)测试其XRD谱,并研究其物相及晶体结构变化;通过场发射扫描显微镜(SEM)研究样品形貌;通过光致发光光谱(PL)研究Cu掺杂对发光光谱的影响。
Copper-doped zinc oxide nanowires (NWs) were prepared using gas phase method. Its X-Ray- diffraction (XRD) spectrum which are used to study the phase and crystal structure change of the samples were tested by X/Pert Pro MPD diffractometer(Cu target). The sample morphology and the effect of Cu doping on luminescence spectrum can be discussed by field emission scanning microscope (SEM) and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) respectively.
