摘要
将模糊层次分析法(FAHP)应用于中专学校财务人员绩效考核之中,建立财务人员绩效考核的数学模型,实现学校财务人员绩效的排序,为评价中专学校财务人员提供一种科学方法,并通过实例说明方法的实用性和有效性。
In order to evaluate finance personnel in secondary school, FAHP（Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process） was applied to performance assessment of finance personnel in secondary school, and mathematical modeling of performance as- sessment of finance personnel in secondary school was built and a scientific method for evaluating finance personnel in sec- ondary school was proposed. Lastly, a practical case was given to show that FAHP was a useful and effective method in performance assessment of finance personnel in secondary school.
