摘要
2009年以来,京、津、冀已经培养出大批全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生,积累了丰富的经验,但教育资源短缺、师资力量不足、专业实践基地建设不完善等问题亟待解决。依据"京津冀协同发展"的重大国家战略,探讨了三地全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式:(1)高校招生准确定位,专业领域设置突出本校特色;(2)高校间突破区域界限,师资共享,互认学分;(3)高校间导师互访,相互交流,提高专业学位研究生指导水平;(4)高校间加强常态化合作,充分发挥不同高校的优势,实现双赢。
Since 2009, a large number of full-time postgraduate professional degree students of physical education have graduated from colleges and universities in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. These colleges and universities have accu- mulated rich experience. While, there were still some problems need to be solved, such as the shortage of education re- sources, lacking of teachers, and the imperfection of professional practice bases. Based on the national strategy of "coordi- nated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei", the cultivating mode of "coordinated development of different regions" of full-time professional degree of master of physical education was discussed, The cultivating mode was as follows: (1) It should be accurate positioning of college enrollment, and the professional settings should stands out characteristics of each universities. (2) We should break through the regional boundaries between colleges and universities in different regions, and share the teachers' classes, and mutual recognition of credits. (3) To improve the guidance level of professional degree graduate student, we should exchange college tutors and enhance communication. (4) We should strengthen normalized cooperation between colleges and universities, and make full use of the advantages of different colleges and universities.
