摘要
针对工业燃烧环境,以NGK车用通用氮氧(Uni NOx)传感器为检测元件,C8051f040单片机为微控制器,采用SAE—J—1939协议作为CAN通信标准,设计了一种NOx气体测量仪。通过实验模拟工业燃烧的NOx气体环境,对测量仪的性能进行了实验验证和相应的理论分析。研究结果显示:该测量仪可用于温度为0~750℃、范围为(0~1000)×10^-6的不同NOx气体体积分数测量,测量误差控制在5.7%以内,并且受温度影响较小,满足工业燃烧环境中NOx检测的要求,实现了车用传感器向工业现场的应用移植。
Aiming at industrial combustion environment,adopt NGK universal NOx( Uni NOx) sensor as detecting element and C8051f040 as microcontroller,use SAE—J—1939 protocol as CAN communication standard,design a NOxgas measuring instrument. Simulate NOxenvironment of industrial combustion through experiment,experimental verification and theoretical analysis on performance of measuring instrument. The research result shows that it can be used at temperature range of 0~ 750 ℃,and measurement range of NOxis( 0~ 1000) × 10^- 6.the measurement error can be controlled within 5. 7 % and less affected by temperature changes,the measuring instrument meets the needs of NOxdetection in industrial combustion environment,implement automotive sensor in industrial field become possible.
