中药材溯源系统中的高精度称重传感器节点设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对中药材在种植、生产加工及流通各个环节中药材种类、品质、重量等信息的溯源问题,提出了中药材溯源系统整体架构。设计了集药材分装包RFID标签值读取与称重功能于一体的高精度称重传感器节点。利用人工神经网络(ANN)对称重传感器节点进行软件温度补偿。实验结果表明:补偿后的称重传感器的非线性度可达到0.285%,其称重精度高,在中药材溯源系统中具有良好的应用前景。 Aiming at traditional Chinese medicinal materials traceability problem of type,quality and weight in all aspects of planting,producing and circulation,propose overall structure of traceability system of traditional Chinese medicinal materials. Design a high-precision weighing sensor node,which has the function of reading RFID tag value from medicine packing bag and weighing. At the same time,temperature compensation is carried out on sensor node using artificial neural network. Experimental results show that the nonlinearity of weighing sensor reaches 0. 285 % after compensation,its weighing precision is high and has great application prospect in traceability system of traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
