金属矿山尾矿库区土壤与水环评重点探析 被引量:8

摘要 通过对金属矿山尾矿库进行分析总结,得出尾矿库对土壤与水环境的污染方式主要有湿排尾矿库干滩扬尘、干排尾矿库扬尘、尾矿运输扬尘、尾矿库澄清水外排、尾矿库渗漏、尾矿库泄漏、尾矿库洪水外排、尾矿库溃坝、尾矿运输泄漏等9种主要形式。在环评中应重点关注尾矿基本资料、尾矿库工程资料、尾矿库水质、尾矿库周边环境情况、水文地质勘查报告、当地气象条件、尾矿库防渗工程、尾矿库环保措施、尾矿库比选、尾矿综合利用等10个方面,以充分论证尾矿库的环境可行性,预防和控制尾矿库可能带来的污染。 Through the analysis of metal mine tailings ponds, the paper argue that the impact of metal mine tailings on ambient soil andwater are exerted from the following ways: the tailings dust, the dust during transportation, waste water discharge, seepage of railings,leakage of tailings, flood discharged from tailings, railings dam break, and leakage during transportation of tailings. Ten focal points shouldbe given attentions on EIA of tailings : the data of tailings ponds, the engineering information of the tailings ponds, the water quality of thetailings ponds, the surroundings of the tailings ponds, hydrogeological investigation report, meteorological conditions, tailings seepageprevention, railings environmental protection measures, comparison of tailings, and comprehensive utilization of railings.
