摘要
地铁上盖开发具有广阔的发展前景。一般可将地铁上盖开发分为车站上盖、停车场综合利用/上盖开发和车辆段综合利用/上盖开发三类。根据北京地铁上盖开发实践,从评价时序、评价内容以及评价专业性等三个方面总结了一级开发环评经验;从评价时序、与一级开发环评衔接及环境监测等三个方面,总结了二级开发环评经验。最后,为进一步做好地铁上盖开发环评工作提出了工作建议。
Hopsca ( hotel ,office, park, shopping mall, convention, apartment) development of rail transit has a promising future. It could bedivided into 3 types: hopsca in subway station, integrated utilization/hopsea in parking place, and integrated utilization/hopsea in vehiclesegment. In the paper, EIA practices for primary development of hopsea in Beijing transit rail were summarized in terms of assessmenttiming, assessment content and participation, and EIA practices for construction of hopsca were analyzed in terms of assessment procedure,the connection with the primary development, and environmental monitoring. Finally some suggestions were proposed on how to furtherpromote EIA for hopsea development in Beijing transit rail.
