地铁施工期主要环境问题及管理控制

Major Environmental Problems and Pollution Control for Subway Construction

目前,我国地铁建设发展快速,施工期环境影响日益突出,应给予足够重视。一般说来,地铁施工期主要存在振动与噪声影响突出、水文地质环境问题严峻、地下水防护措施不足、施工降水回用率不高、水资源浪费严重等环境问题,建议通过严格控制地铁施工时间、优化隧道掘进施工工艺、推进新技术研究及应用、加强施工降水回用、强化环境监理等手段,减缓其环境影响。

At present, with the rapid development of China＇ s subway construction, the environmental impact during its construction periodis increasingly prominent, which should be paid enough attention to. In general, those environmental problems include prominent vibrationand noise, severe hydrogeological environment problems, lack of groundwater protection, low recycling rate of construction precipitation,severe waste of water resource etc.. In order to mitigate the environmental impact of the subway construction, the paper raised the followingsuggestions： the subway construction time should be strictly controlled; the tunneling excavation blasting technology should be optimized;research and application of new technologies should be promoted; reuse of construction precipitation should be strengthened; andenvironmental supervision should be enhanced.
