摘要
在网络泛化的新媒体时代,高校学生组织的公信力受到挑战,因为协作性发展理念在成员心目中淡化,承诺性管理制度不能取信于众,策略性管理模式存在越位或错位现象,绩效性评价体系过于简约,缺乏原则。高校学生组织理应坚守"过而能改,善莫大焉"的信念,重视以人为本的发展观,增强制度的实效性,倡导执行力的集约性,完善灵活互动的评价和反馈机制。
In the New Media Era when the Internet is everywhere,student organizations in colleges and universities are challenged in earning public trust because the members tend to have a weakened belief in collaborative development,the commitment management system fails to win trust and the strategic management model may be either offside or mismatched.Oversimplified performance assessment system and lack of principle also contribute to the challenge.Student organizations in colleges and universities should bear in mind that to err is human and it is never too late to mend.They should highly value the people-oriented outlook on development,augment institutional effectiveness,advocate intensive execution and form flexible and interactive evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
