摘要
长期以来,职责不明、素养不高、结构失衡、制度缺失、合作无效等问题一直困扰着高校辅导员团队建设。要从根本上解决这些问题,应着力健全工作机制,完善管理制度,拓展职业空间,提升职业能力,增强职业认同感,培养团队精神,探索新的辅导员工作模式。
College advisors have long been troubled in their team construction by problems like ambiguous duties,low professional literacy,unbalanced structure,institutional deficiency and bad cooperation.For the problems to be solved,efforts must be made to perfect work mechanism,improve management system,expand advisors' occupational space,uplift their occupational ability,increase their professional self-identity,cultivate team spirit and explore new work patterns.
